LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® -training

Regardless of your answer, you now have the chance of a lifetime to join a training to verify your own capabilities and learn how to make the most out of them. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® -training is held by our international guest Marcin who has tons of international experience on training JCI’s all over the world.

What? Research has shown that when using your hands while engaging in a creative or strategic process, people tend to express their thoughts more precisely. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is based on this realization. During the training you will use Legos to express your ideas in order to visualize your thoughts. This way your ideas become more understandable which creates dialogue in order to conclude better results. 

Who? Marcin Badura joined JCI Krakow in 2012. Over the years he has held different positions in his local (2014 Local President) and national (2017 National President) board. In 2018 he joined the European Development Council as one of the councilors and in 2019 he was elected as International Vice President assigned to Europe. Over the years he has attended various international events among them: 5 World Congresses, 6 European Conferences and 3 JCI Finland National Conventions. Marcin has also been honored with the JCI Senator #77849 tite and just before he will come to Tampere Marcin will be one of the trainers in JCI Strategy Academy.

Out-of-JCI life Marcin works as a lawyer specialized in companies, contracts and IP. He also provides trainings with use of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Design Thinking methodologies.
